I have made very similar frustrating experiences with doctors and read a lot of stuff myself but for me the problems started much before 60. I am anxious to see what more you have to say! I just subscribed to this app for free, just to read your beautifully written words! I have changed many things in my life and am using bioidentical hormones which in my case doesn’t solve all problems but it helps after I found a way to apply them. Bisous
As a woman in her 30s, it makes me so happy to see more and more women show up and change this narative. This was such a beautiful share, Anna. Growing up I was taught the same things and I see so many women around me now being terrified that their looks are aging... even though they are getting even more beautiful with age. And then I see the women in your generation rocking it and I just know that’s how life should look like. Thank you for choosing to be a light for your generation and the ones to come 🤍 And yesss, life doesn’t end at menopause and neither does beauty!
