There is something really sensual about using essential oils. Right now I’m talking about emotions like sadness, irritation and anger, and how we can use essential oils to help us move through the worst storm of the emotion and find our balance again. The thing with essential oils is that they’re literally a part of nature.
So it’s like a gift. They smell good, they’re easy to work with, and they give us so much. When we’re sad or low, or angry, we don’t have the energy to do something uplifting for ourselves, because that’s a very negative place to be.
Essential oils are a perfect way to get through it, because it’s so easy. Basically, it’s about smelling an essential oil. The way you do it: you have your oil (this is actually the perfume we will be working with in the workshop), and you smell it really deeply. Pull it all the way up into your head, into your lungs, and allow it to do its business. It’s beautiful. It smells good. It’s the sense of doing something for you.
And it’s not like, “Oh, I have to exercise, or I have to take a pill, or take a bath, or do an activity to find balance.” It’s automatic when you’re smelling the essential oils. So it’s a really beautiful way to deal with emotions when they pop up.
This is what we’re going to talk more about on Wednesday, November 4th, at 6 pm Central European Time (Paris time). The perfume I’m smelling now is the very perfume we will be creating in the workshop. The workshop is free, and everybody’s welcome.
If you have friends, or you know a woman who could use this knowledge or would enjoy being part of this workshop, invite her. Everybody’s welcome. I think this can be a really good pick-me-up for a lot of women.
So I’ll see you in the workshop on Wednesday, November 4th.
Anna
